Outdoor Bootcamp

Bootcamp is a designed to burn fat, tone muscle, and quickly whip you into shape.  A variety of exercises, circuits and activities provide both resistance training and cardio to both burn fat and strengthen muscles.  The camp uses group dynamics to motivate and inspire you to achieve your fat-loss and fitness goals. Positive encouragement and team spirit will motivate you to challenge your limits and achieve new levels of fitness and health.

Morning Meltdown

Just like our evening Bootcamp, Morning Meltdown is designed to burn fat, tone muscle, and quickly whip you into shape.  A variety of exercises, circuits and activities provide both resistance training and cardio to both burn fat and strengthen muscles. ONLINE ONLY at this time.

Classic Flow

Move your body with ease so you can align your mind, body and spirit. Each pose has more alignment cues and instruction (no sun salutations). All levels of experience are welcomed. Available In-studio & Online.

Hatha Flow

Improve your flexibility, balance and strength. Poses move from one to another creating a sequence and each week we add new poses. Classic flow or previous yoga experience is recommended. Available In-studio & Online.

Restorative Yoga

This practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the long holds of restorative yoga, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply - aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness and gentle movement.o and easy to remember. Available In-studio & Online.

DANCEMIXX

Dancemixx
Work out, have fun and feel fantastic at the same time! Get your feet moving and your heart pounding in this class that hits all the right notes!  So grab your friends and hit the dancefloor with us!  No experience needed!  Dance'n'Tone class has some arm & leg toning songs included.
