Full body training at it's very best!  We use a variety of formats (HIIT, Tabata, Circuit etc) to keep it fresh and exciting!

Bootcamp

Bootcamp is a designed to burn fat, tone muscle, and quickly whip you into shape.  A variety of exercises, circuits and activities provide both resistance training and cardio to both burn fat and strengthen muscles.  The camp uses group dynamics to motivate and inspire you to achieve your fat-loss and fitness goals. Positive encouragement and team spirit will motivate you to challenge your limits and achieve new levels of fitness and health.

TIMES:

Monday & Wednesday @ 3:45pm (Outside when weather permits)

Monday & Thursday @ 5:30pm (Outside when weather permits)

Tuesday @ 5:15pm & Wednesday @ 5:30pm (In-studio & Zoom)

Rise 'n' Shine Bootcamp

Get up and get at it!  Just like our evening Bootcamp, Rise 'n' Shine is designed to burn fat, tone muscle, and quickly whip you into shape.  A variety of exercises, circuits and activities provide both resistance training and cardio to both burn fat and strengthen muscles. (45 minutes)

Tuesday & Thursday 6:00am (Online only)

Morning Meltdown

Just like our evening Bootcamp, Morning Meltdown is designed to burn fat, tone muscle, and quickly whip you into shape.  A variety of exercises, circuits and activities provide both resistance training and cardio to both burn fat and strengthen muscles.

Monday & Wednesday 9:15am (In-studio & Zoom)

TRX MIX

TRX stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise.  Suspension training is great for strength, balance, flexibility and coordination. The MIX part, just means we'll sometimes include some interval training to spice it up!

TIMES:

Sunday @ 4pm

Tuesday @ 6:30 (In-studio and Zoom)

Total Body Tone

Get a total head-to-toe workout in this class.  We work each muscle group concentrating on proper form and execution.  Cues for making each exercise harder or easier are also provided.  With no cardio in this class, it's an excellent way to finish out your week.

Friday @ 9:15am and 5:30pm (In-studio and Zoom)
