FITNESS CLASSES

Full body training at it's very best!  We use a variety of formats (HIIT, Tabata, Circuit etc) to keep it fresh and exciting!

Bootcamp

Bootcamp is a designed to burn fat, tone muscle, and quickly whip you into shape.  A variety of exercises, circuits and activities provide both resistance training and cardio to both burn fat and strengthen muscles.  The camp uses group dynamics to motivate and inspire you to achieve your fat-loss and fitness goals. Positive encouragement and team spirit will motivate you to challenge your limits and achieve new levels of fitness and health.

TIMES:

Exercise in disguise!  Dancemixx is a whole-body workout that's actually fun. It's good for your heart, it makes you stronger, and it can help with balance and coordination.  Dance 'n' Tone adds some toning to the mix.

            DANCE 'N' TONE - Thursday @ 6:45pm (Online Only)

Just like our evening Bootcamp, Morning Meltdown is designed to burn fat, tone muscle, and quickly whip you into shape.  A variety of exercises, circuits and activities provide both resistance training and cardio to both burn fat and strengthen muscles.

Get a total head-to-toe workout in this class.  We work each muscle group concentrating on proper form and execution.  Cues for making each exercise harder or easier are also provided.  With no cardio in this class, it's an excellent way to finish out your week.

Friday @ 9:15am (In-studio and Zoom)

Cardio Circuit

Get your cardio plus a head-to-toe workout in this class.  Combining cardio dance with Tabata we work each muscle group concentrating on proper form and execution.  All you need is a pair of light weights, a mat and you're ready to go!
