Flow and Restore

Start your week with movement + stillness.  We will sync our body and breath together to create a mindful movement flow.  The practice will end in a Restorative pose to help the body and mind let go in a supportive safe space.

Time: 5:45pm Sunday - Starting February 7th. 

          4 or 8 week session available.
