A fun class aimed directly at the 50+ group.  Cardio fitness followed by some light calisthenics and stretching.  A good time will be had by all while getting a great workout!

Kangoo Power

How much fun can you have working out?!?  Kangoo Power is a whole body workout that provides an excellent cardiovascular challenge so it's great for your overall fitness and stamina.  The boots allow you to rebound, thereby supporting your joints.  Kangoo Jumps boots are heavy and weight-like, and really strengthen your muscles!
