Designed for the 50+ group, this class combines fun cardio to fantastic music followed by strength training designed just for you and topped off by a fantastic stretch to help keep you limber!

Just like our evening Bootcamp, Morning Meltdown is designed to burn fat, tone muscle, and quickly whip you into shape. A variety of exercises, circuits and activities provide both resistance training and cardio to both burn fat and strengthen muscles.
