
Pelvic Floor and Foundation Workshop
PART ONE: In-studio only. This workshop has been designed to cultivate pelvic floor awareness. May be helpful for those who experience pelvic pain, urinary incontinence or bowel issues. Also beneficial in supporting sexual health, a nurturing path of recovery since childbirth and some ease in your fertility journey.
PART TWO: In-studio Only. In this workshop, we will focus on Asana (yoga poses) that benefit our pelvic region. From there we will learn about how to strengthen and use those muscles in a conscious manner. There will be more frank conversation on sexual health, how to increase urinary control and the benefits of emotional release. This class will conclude with a Yoga Nidra. (approx. 20 minutes)

Stillness
An introduction to meditation
In-studio and Zoom Simple and Practical. Learn how to sit, cultivate your meditation space, posture & settling. Learn two techniques that can be incorporated into everyday use. This will be a very relaxed forum, with open discussion and an opportunity to discuss the outlined topics. The session will conclude with our first meditation as a group.
For Zoom Participants: Due to the open forum of this seminar, you will be required to Zoom with your camera on
