Outdoor Bootcamp Classes

Time to get in shape!   Outdoor Fitness Bootcamp is designed to burn fat, tone muscle, and quickly whip you into shape.  A variety of exercises, circuits and activities provide both resistance training and cardio to both burn fat and strengthen muscles.  The camp uses group dynamics to motivate and inspire you to achieve your fat-loss and fitness goals. Positive encouragement and team spirit will motivate you to challenge your limits and achieve new levels of fitness and health.

TIMES:

Monday through Thursday @ 5:30pm

NB: TUESDAY class is a Boxing Bootcamp.

Includes access to online classes.

Online Fitness Classes

Get in shape in the comfort of your own home!   Fitness classes designed to burn fat, and tone muscle right there in your own home. A variety of exercises, circuits and activities provide both resistance training and cardio to both burn fat and strengthen muscles.   Also classes are recorded so that you can do them on your own time if you can't make the live class! 
All you need is a set of handweights and a mat!  Also useful to have a kettlebell!

TIMES:

Monday & Wednesday @ 7:00pm

Friday @ 5:30pm

NB: FRIDAY class is a Total Body Tone & Stretch class.

NEW THIS FALL!!    Online Zoom meeting that will give you all the info and motivation that you need to succeed!  Each week we'll provide a mini-info session on a health/fitness topic and follow it up with a healthy dose of motivation and a Q&A session from you.  Held on Sundays so that you're set for the week!
