Music makes you move! Cardio Circuit mixes 3 minute intervals of dance fitness with 4 minute intervals of toning.  45 min. 

Wednesdays at 7pm.

Keep it moving with REFIT!  Get your heart pumpin' with easy-to-follow dance moves to great music teamed up with moves designed to get those muscles working!  45 min.  Mondays at 6:30pm.

Variety is the spice of life and our bootcamps provide just that! A variety of exercises, circuits and activities provide both resistance training and cardio to both burn fat and strengthen muscles. 45min

YOGA

Hatha Yoga is designed to be available to Yogis of all levels, abilities, sizes and ages.  Mondays at 7:30pm
